According to Regulation (EU) No. 2116/2021 the following details must be published about those receiving agricultural aid: name of the recipient if applicable, the group to which they belong,, the address and amounts received in the previous financial year from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) as well as the specific aim of the operation during the two previous closed financial years (a financial year is the period from 16 October of the year 'n-1' until 15 October of the year 'n', for example: the financial year 2023 runs from 16/10/2022 to 15/10/2023).

For the two previous years, the new obligation is to indicate the parent company, if applicable, as well as the specific aim of the measure.

Be aware that if the aid received in a year amounts to a sum equal to or less than EUR 1,250 the name is not published, but a unique code (of the type BEL12345) is given instead. This unique code is randomly selected and this numbering will continue year after year.

In order to guarantee anonymity, when a search results in a list of less than 10 beneficiaries receiving aid of under EUR 1,250 the details of other beneficiaries receiving aid under EUR 1,250 in the greater administrative area (district) are also shown.

The websites of all the Member States can be found at the address EU Beneficiaries.

All aid provided in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is shown, both from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

For EAFRD spending, both contributions from the European Union and from the region (national share) are shown. The negative amounts represent reimbursements or corrections.

The specific objective(s) of an operation under Regulations(UE) No. 1305/2013, (UE) No. 1307/2013 and (UE) No. 1308/2013 correspond to the objectives of Art 110(2) of Regulation (UE) No. 1306/2013.

The start and end dates of transactions need only be indicated in the case of project-based types of intervention.

The start date refers to the approval of the project by the paying organisation. The end date refers to the final payment.

Information on the start and end date of types of intervention in the form of direct payments, types of intervention in favour of rural development for areas subject to natural or other area-specific constraints and areas subject to specific disadvantages resulting from certain mandatory requirements, is not considered relevant as the transactions related to these measures and types of intervention are annual.

For the EAFRD all aid amounts, both the European Union contribution and the region's contribution (national share) are shown.

The data remains available on the site for a period of 2 years after publication.

The information for the previous financial year will be published annually by 31 May at the latest, covering both the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

The details available in 2024 (on 31/05/2024) cover all payment details of payment agencies for the financial year 2022 and 2023, issued by Wallonia and the Flemish government.

In accordance with the requirement set out in Article 98 of Regulation 2116/2021, all data held by Wallonia, the Flemish Region and the Brussels-Capital Region is made available to the public on a single website (www.belpa.be), whose management has been entrusted to Brussels Economy and Employment (Brussels Regional Public Service).

For individuals the name is shown as first name and surname.

For those recipients who are entities the full official name is written as this was recorded, with no addition of the type of entity. Should the official name include a word such as NV or BVBA, then this will be shown.

The name of entities will not contain any quotes (").

The full name of groups as this was recorded or otherwise officially known, for those recipients who are in a group of individuals or entities without its own legal personality.
